Please be reminded that all children on home lunch should bring a dairy or pareve lunch to school tomorrow, Tuesday, 12/3.

| Students in Grades 2-8 should come to school tomorrow dressed in their MACCABIAH COLORS!! No uniform needed, but please make sure to adhere to the school dress code & tzniut guidelines. |
*Please note that overflow parking for the event can be found in both the lot directly across the street from BPY's front door and in the old Staples lot on top Frisch Court. Please do not park along Frisch Court on either side, including in front of the building and around the cul-de-ac. These are fire lanes and must remain clear at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.

2nd - 8th Grade Party Dismissal Guidelines |
| The Chanukah Party for Grades 2-8 will take place on Tues. evening from 5 - 7 pm. This is a drop off party and is a culmination of the Maccabia activities. With the interest of safety in mind, dismissal after the party will be in accordance with our regular dismissal line up. It is already dark outside and there will be many cars leaving the parking lot at the end of the evening. Please move your car as close up to the front of the line as possible and do not block access to the parking lot. Your name will be added to the carpool line list inside the building and the students will be called out to the car in order.
If you wish to pick your child up inside please park your car in either the BPY lot or the lot directly across from the BPY front door and meet them inside. Frisch Court is a town designated NO PARKING zone. Thank you for your cooperation. |
Dismissal Changes for Monday - Wednesday |
| Please be reminded that in honor of Chanukah all students in grades 5-8 will be dismissed at 3:30 pm on Monday - Wednesday. Buses will run on a Friday PM bus schedule. There will be NO CLUBS and NO BASKETBALL PRACTICE but there will be REGULAR 3:30 - 5:30 AFTERCARE for those registered. |
| Grandparents and Special Visitors Day

| Grandparents and Special Visitors Day is coming soon! Our program for students in grades T-4 is scheduled for Wednesday, December 25 at the following times:
Grades 1-4: 8:30 am-10:00 am Grades T-K: 10:30 am-12:00 pm
Students in grades 5-8 will have regular sessions (with a 12:00 pm dismissal) on December 25 and will host a special evening program for their grandparents or special guests on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. All guests are asked to please pre-register by clicking here to expedite the check-in process on the 25th. Each visitor should fill out a separate pre-registration form online.
We are also looking for parent volunteers to help us with photography and check in at the event. If you can offer your time (and your digital camera) for either (or both!) sessions, please e-mail shoshanag@benporatyosef.org.
