Today's Evacuation "Excitement" |
As if watching the snow wasn't exciting enough for the students today, a child pulled the fire bells causing an emergency evacuation. Our staff & students followed the procedures that they have practiced numerous times this year to exit the building in a quick, smooth, and orderly fashion. The fire department came quickly to give the all clear for us to re-enter the building. The children, while a bit cold, took it in good spirit and many of the older children thought it was the start to Maccabia II. We are proud that our students followed protocol even when faced with not the most pleasant conditions! |
