BPY: Winter Report Cards & Our New Parent Portal |
Dear BPY Parents, We are delighted to announce that report cards are now available for you to view in our new online information management system called 360 Solutions. We began the process of converting to this system over the summer and have already introduced it to the Junior High parents. This system is being used by many yeshivot and day schools across the country and promises to help us manage our student and family information more efficiently and accurately, while also providing easier access to that information for our parents. 360 Solutions is a robust data management system with many different available features. In order to make the transition to 360 Solutions as seamless as possible, we are introducing the system in stages and have chosen to begin by implementing select modules only. To that end, we are now asking parents of students in grades Toddler - 5th grade to register for the system to be able to access all the items below: - class lists for all of your children (grades T-8) - report cards for your children in grades PK-8 (please click here for more information about 1st-5th grade report cards) - attendance records for all your children (grades T-8) In addition, you will be able to e-mail your child(ren)'s teacher directly from the system. (*Please note that we will no longer be mailing paper report cards home and that all parents will be asked to access report cards through 360 Solutions instead.) To register for DDC, please click on the following link: ddc.benporatyosef.org/portal and click on "register." Please sign up using the email account that BPY has on file for you (no other email address will work). To access your child/ren's report card, click on the "My Children" drop down menu on your screen and select Report Cards. Click on your child's name in the second blue text bar (top left side) and a pdf link with your child's report will appear.
