Reminder: Parent Teacher Conference Booking Closes Tomorrow at 11:59 pm Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Sunday, March 23rd beginning at 9:00 am. The scheduling of time slots is done through an on-line system, PTC Wizard, that can be accessed by clicking here (PTCWizard.com)
Online registration for Parent Teacher Conferences is now open and will close on Tomorrow, Wednesday, March 19th at 11:59 pm.
Please sign-up as early as possible so you can get your first choice of times.
A few helpful notes:
*Please register on the right hand side in order to access the conference booking. Parents that used the system previously do not need to re-register. However, if you forgot your username and password you can re-register. *Once logged in, please select all the teachers and groups you would like to see at conferences. The site will then open each class one by one to book your conference times. *Once completed the screen will show a summary of your conferences and it will be emailed to you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment please log back onto the site. Once in, click on "My Schedule" (a tab on the left hand side) where you can select which conference you would like to cancel. Please notify your child's teacher if you cannot attend an appointment on the above date so that they can make alternate arrangements for you.

BPY's Most Successful Dinner Raffle and Auction Ever! Thank you to all those who participated in this year's dinner raffle and online auction, making them our most successful ever! Together, the raffle and auction raised over $21K for our annual campaign which provides essential support for the annual operating needs of our school. Amazing prizes were won and all the proceeds went to a great cause - our children's education! Thank you and kol hakavod to our amazing raffle chairs, Deborah Blaiberg and Tzippy Cohen for orchestrating it all, to Jamie Toporovsky for running the online auction, and to the entire raffle committee who solicited prizes, wrapped them so beautifully, and staffed the raffle table at the dinner. Congratulations to Ephrat and Ronny Orgel for winning the 50/50 pot and to Chedva and David Breau for winning the iPad air at the dinner. Winners of online auction prizes were notified via e-mail and will be contacted by the auction committee regarding delivery of their prizes. |
