Please be reminded that due to Ta'anit Esther, tomorrow, Thursday, March 13th there will be a 2:00 pm dismissal for grades Pre-K - 8th Grade. 
 
There will be regular aftercare but no clubs.

Reminder: 
Parent Teacher Conference Booking 
Now Open
 
Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Sunday, March 23rd beginning at 9:00 am. The scheduling of time slots is done through an on-line system, PTC Wizard, that can be accessed by clicking here (PTCWizard.com)

Online registration for Parent Teacher Conferences is now open and will close on Wednesday, March 19th at 11:59 pm.

Please sign-up as early as possible so you can get your first choice of times.

A few helpful notes:

*Please register on the right hand side in order to access the conference booking. Parents that used the system previously do not need to re-register. However, if you forgot your username and password you can re-register. 

 

*Once logged in, please select all the teachers and groups you would like to see at conferences. The site will then open each class one by one to book your conference times.

 

*Once completed the screen will show a summary of your conferences  and it will be emailed to you.

 

If you need to change or cancel an appointment please log back onto the site. Once in, click on "My Schedule" (a tab on the left hand side) where you can select which conference you would like to cancel.

 

Please notify your child's teacher if you cannot attend an appointment on the above date so that they can make alternate arrangements for you.

Chevrat Chessed Art Supply Drive Deadline
 
Deadline for bringing in art supplies for the ArtWorks art supply drive is this Friday, March 14th. See original email below:

ArtWorks provides children and young adults suffering from chronic and life threatening illnesses, access to creative and performing arts program. The children at BPY will be participating in two programs: 

 

  • Surprise! Supplies - We will be collecting art supplies that will be distributed to patients in the hospital.
  • Traveling Art Show - Our school will host a mobile art gallery that will display the artistic creations of children who participated in ArtWorks.

 

Collection of supplies (in boxes at the front of the school) begins on Friday, February 26th.

 

Requested supplies include: crayons, markers, construction paper, glitter glue, play dough and bead sets. 

 

To make this event even more meaningful, the children can make cards, draw pictures or write letters to the recipients of the supplies.
