| If you have not yet booked your times for parent teacher conferences, the website closes TOMORROW at 11:59 pm. Conferences for grades T-5th grade are for the parents only. Please do not bring your child/ren with you to these meetings. However, conferences for the Junior High will be held with parents and students together. Please see below for original email: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The scheduling of time slots is done through an on-line system, PTCWizard, that can be accessed by clicking here.
Online registration for Parent Teacher Conferences is now open. Registration for conferences will close on Wednesday, November 13th at 11:59 pm.
Please sign-up as early as possible so you can get your first choice of times.
A few helpful notes:
*Please register on the right hand side in order to access the conference booking. Parents that used the system previously do not need to re-register. However, if you forgot your username and password you can re-register.
*Once logged in, please select all the teachers and groups you would like to see at conferences. The site will then open each class one by one to book your conference times. *Once completed the screen will show a summary of your conferences and it will be emailed to you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment please log back onto the site. Once in, click on "My Schedule" (a tab on the left hand side) where you can select which conference you would like to cancel. Please notify your child's teacher if you cannot attend an appointment on the above date so that they can make alternate arrangements for you.

Dear Parents of 4th Grade Students, We are very happy and excited to invite you all to our 4th Grade Navi party which will take place on Wednesday, November 13th at 8:45 - 10:00 am We look forward to seeing you! *Please note that overflow parking for the event can be found in both the lot directly across the street from BPY's front door and in the old Staples lot on top Frisch Court. Please do not park along Frisch Court on either side, including in front of the building and around the cul-de-ac. These are fire lanes and must remain clear at all times. Thank you for your cooperation. |
| Reminder: Re-Registration Form Deadline on November 21st |
Dear Parents, Last week you received an email from Ben Porat Yosef with a link to your TADS account and instructions on how to register for next year. If you have not already registered your child/ren please be sure to do so no later than November 21, 2013. TADS is incredibly easy and it takes just a few minutes to complete the registration and payment process. Please note - on November 22, the registration fee increases to $1000. Your children's re-registration secures their spot in the school and is an indication of the number of spots available for children from new families. As always, new sibling applications will receive priority if received by this date as well. B"H, based on the inquiries we have received to date we are expecting many applications. Please help us by meeting these deadlines, as we have a limited number of openings in some grades, and will not be able to keep a place open for a returning student or sibling without a completed registration. | CPR Class at BPY: Tonight |
| A CPR Class will be held at BPY TONIGHT, Tuesday, November 12th at 7:30 pm - 10:45 pm. The cost for this class is $50 per person. If you did not RSVP, please feel free to come! Course description: Adult/Child/Infant CPR with AED certified course. This CPR course will cover Adult, Child, and Infant CPR, how to relieve a foreign object and help a choking victim. Other material covered in the course are warning signs and symptoms of heart attacks and strokes, as well as how to avoiding choking hazards for adults and children. This course is provided by Ruby Herman from Medequip. Each participant who completes the course requirements, and wishes to receive a CPR card, will receive certification from the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) a nationally and department of health recognized certification. Course length is 3 hours, and all participants should arrive on time and need to stay throughout the course until completion. This course is NOT ideal for Lifeguards, Nurses, or EMTs who need a higher level of certification. |
